How do you ensure the bottles don't break during shipping?
We use custom-designed, eco-friendly reinforced cardboard packaging that has been rigorously drop-tested to ensure your alcohol-free beers, wines, and spirits arrive in perfect condition.
Is there a minimum order requirement?
There is no minimum order at Dry Drinker. Whether you want to try a single bottle of premium non-alcoholic spirit or stock up with a 24-pack of craft soda, we cater to all needs.
What is the shelf life of your alcohol-free beverages?
Most of our products have a shelf life similar to their alcoholic counterparts, typically ranging from 6 to 12 months. Each bottle or can is clearly marked with a 'Best Before' date.
Do you offer next-day delivery?
Yes, orders placed before 2 PM Monday through Thursday are eligible for next-working-day delivery within the mainland UK.
Can I return products if I change my mind?
We accept returns on unopened and undamaged items within 14 days of delivery. Please contact our support team to initiate a return authorization.
Are your drinks suitable for vegans?
